Your package includes:
- Outdoor wedding ceremony for up to 25 guests at the romantic lakefront gazebo at Cypress Grove Park
- Licensed officiate to perform your ceremony
- Rental of white ceremony chairs for your guests provided by Cypress Grove Park
- Ceremony decorations to include ivy and white silk floral garland for gazebo
- Ceremony music from a professional sound system provided by Orlando Weddings
- Use of unity candle setup to include: table, linen, lighters, and candle holders
- Use of bridal ready room at Cypress Grove Park
- Fresh wedding florals to include: the bridal bouquet, the groom’s boutonniere, the best man’s boutonniere, two ring bearer boutonnieres, fresh flowers to decorate your wedding cake
- A beautifully designed two tier wedding cake
- Serving pieces, refreshment table, cake table decorations, decorations for your cake cutting
- Assistance in making lunch/dinner reservations for your wedding reception
- A champagne toast for each adult guest provided by Cypress Grove Park
- Supervision of full event set up
- Creation of a detailed wedding day schedule for you and your vendors
- Confirm and coordinate all of your vendors for your wedding day
- A pre-wedding conference to be scheduled at least one month before your wedding date to prepare a final wedding checklist specifying all details of your wedding
- On site coordination for the day of your event to include: pinning on of boutonnieres and corsages for the wedding party, gather all personal items after your wedding, secure all wedding gifts with a member of your family, ensure clean up of location at end of event, supervision of any unforeseen circumstances such as re-stitching buttons, repairing bouquets, fixing hair styles starting to unravel, etc
- A pre–wedding conference to be scheduled approximately one month before your wedding date to prepare a final wedding checklist specifying all details of your wedding
- At least one professionally-trained wedding coordinator and assistant for your wedding rehearsal and the day of your wedding
