Your Package Includes:
- Blissful outdoor wedding ceremony for 75 guests
- A licensed officiate to perform your wedding ceremony
- Beautiful fresh wedding flowers to include: brides bouquet, groom’s boutonnière, one maid of honor bouquet, two bridesmaid bouquets, one boutonnière for your best man, two boutonnière for your groomsmen, eight centerpieces for your reception tables
- A professional sound system for ceremony music provided by Orlando Weddings
- Unity candle setup to include table linen, lighters, and candle holders (if needed)
- Four hours of professional dj/mc services provided
- Professional photojournalistic photography coverage to include: four hours of coverage, unlimited number of pictures taken (within contracted time), black and white and/or color pictures taken, one 4”x 6” copy of each photo taken, all photos on CD-ROM
- Rental of 75 white wedding chairs for your ceremony
- White chair covers with your choice color of bows
- Elegant buffet dinner for 75 guests to include: cocktail hour hors’d’oeuvre stations: choice of three hand passed hors d’oeuvres or three cold buffet hors’d’oeurves, fresh garden salad with choice of three dressings, choice of two entrees, choice of three accompaniments, freshly baked rolls with whipped butter, all linens in white with appropriate skirting, china plates, stainless flatware, and plastic glassware, ice tea, lemonade, coffee, water and ice included

- A professionally trained bartender to set up and serve your client-stocked bar (you provide beer, wine and liquor) provided by
- Beverage package for 75 guests to include all-non alcoholic items including sodas, mixers, garnishes, beverage napkins, straws and all drinkware
- Creation of a detailed wedding day schedule for you and your vendors.
- Creation of a pre-wedding day checklist for items that you will need for your wedding day such as: toasting flutes, cake cutter set, garter belt, rings, favors, etc.
- Supervision of full event setup
- Coordination and execution of wedding rehearsal
- Confirm and coordinate all vendors for your wedding day
- On-site coordination for the day of event to include: set up of favors, cameras, place cards, gift and guest book tables, pinning on of boutonnieres for the groom and his wedding party as well as pinning on corsages for the mothers and grandmothers (if applicable), cuing bridal party for the ceremony, cuing ceremony music (if applicable), gather all personal items after your wedding, secure all wedding gifts with a member of family (to be determined beforehand), insure cleanup of locations to assure refund of any damage deposits
- Supervision of any unforeseen circumstances such as: re-stitching buttons which have fallen off, assistance in cleaning spots that may occur on the bridal gown, repairing bridal or bridesmaid bouquets, fixing hair which may start to unravel, etc.
- A pre–wedding meeting to be scheduled approximately one month before your wedding date to prepare a final wedding checklist specifying all details of your wedding
- At least one professionally-trained wedding coordinator and assistant for the day of your wedding
